I use this to make pasta all the time. It’s 0 kcal so it’s not as flavourful and dense as the real Alfredo, but adding 1-2 slices of cheese will make it so much better, trust me! Don’t forget your salt and pepper. So good and easy!

I don’t see a lot of calories free pasta sauce so this alfredo is definitely a life changer and I often consume it with zoodles or konjac noodles alongside with smoked salmon and asparagus, Although it although has a definite "artificial" tinge to it and it does not have the chessy flavour like the real alfredo, but considering that this is zero calories the taste difference is absolute acceptable as you are saving tons of calories. All in all, I give it four out of five since it is thinner than a traditional Alfredo and a little watery but the taste is there and for zero calories it’s pretty impressive. Highly recommended.

Given it is 0 calorie, the taste is ok. You can put a slice of cheese to make it taste better. It is a good white sauce substitute because even though u are adding milk instead of cream , the white sauce will still have much more calorie than adding the 0 calorie sauce

I haven't tried this one yet, but I have tried the tomato basil, amongst many other of their products, and I am in love! If you're like me, Gluten, Dairy and Sugar-Free, I found some Kitehill Gluten and Dairy Free Ravioli's that i am going to pair with this sauce, and asparagus of course.

I cooked some chicken, veggies and konjac noodles with a bit of milk and pepper first, at the end I put 5tsp of this amazing sauce and some cheese, mixed them up, taste like the real thing!! Super delicious!! Highly recommend! Please like if it helps;)

Really good sauce, the size of this packaging is good, the taste is very good and the high quality of this product is evident. I use this sauce every time I make spaghetti, it's a real treat, and guilt-free because it's calorie-free. I don't like the packaging because it is glass, so fragile.

The sauce has a decent enough flavor, but I find the thickness a little off. It's thin, and most of the time, barely coats the noodles. Using a smoother noodle, like an angel hair, is absolutely not a good choice, as you'll end up with a bunch of runny, watery sauce at the bottom of the noodles. Instead, choose something like a penne, rigatoni, or maybe a vermicelli, to give the sauce some grooves to stick to. Do that, and you're set. The flavor is not as sweet, somewhat bold, and it has a curiously spiced aftertaste, like there's a ton of parsley or basil in it. It has a definite "artificial" tinge to it, but you have to expect that from a zero-calorie product. All in all, I give it four out of five. If the texture were thicker, it'd probably be a fiver. I'd suggest a pasta with texture or to add a thickener to it.

Straight out of the jar it's gross, very sweet. But if you use it as the cream base of making your own sauce then it's quite good. Use a tablespoon or two as part of your ingredient, as it needs a lot of allium, spices (heat) and salt to balance out the sweet.

I can't get enough of this sauce. I mostly use it for Chicken Alfredo but have put over asparagus and broccoli. Quality taste with no bad aftertaste like many competitors.

I don’t see a lot of calories free pasta sauce. This one taste good and add it onto zucchini pasta makes it a light meal after a heavy feast.
