I kept having digestion issues. My doctor said to mix some apple cider vinegar with water and drink it before meals... that helped, but tasted absolutely horrible. So, when I saw this, I figured I would try it--maybe it would do the same thing without the horrible taste. Well, the taste isn't something I would drink for enjoyment, but it isn't horrible. But it did absolutely nothing for my digestion. Back to drinking ACV in water. I really did want to love this!
