i know that the magnesium oil it gives a lot of benefits i think it will help me to less my cysts in my breast my auntie told me to buy this and it will fast to absorb with your skin if you will spray it in your underarm and surrounding with your breast

I initially purchased this as I heard it helps improve eczema when applied topically. I haven't noticed any changes in eczema but I have been applying it to my stomach daily and have noticed that it helps with constipation and IBS related symptoms. I also read somewhere that if you have leaky gut, using magnesium oil topically is a better way for the body to absorb those nutrients. The product does sting a little bit but goes away after a few minutes and you get used to the sensation pretty quickly.

This product is amazing! It helps relieve tight muscles such as back and neck muscles. I wouldn't have believed it had I not witnessed it. They say magnesium is absorbed well through the skin. I would have to use it for a little longer to see any long term effects.

It helped my husband with corona vaccine pain in his arm very much .. also with his legs cramp and with my stress level.. but I cut my hand and forgot it and the day after I used the magnesium and its burning tooooo much now even the next day it’s looks like pump and still very painful 😓

The packaging is functional and convenient for spraying on the skin. Just a warning, this does sting your skin the first time you use it, so if you have sensitive skin, you may need to be careful. It also leaves a mild film on your skin, but it's not enough to be bothersome. You just want to make sure it dries completely before putting on any clothes.

I have tried a few Magnesium oils and found this one to be of better quality and more effective. I have been using this for painful joints and arthritic pain in some areas. The oil does sting briefly when applied but that tingling sensation goes away within a minute or so after application. It also absorbs quickly into the skin leaving a smooth feeling. i have been using this oil for several months now and can certainly recommend it
