Quality, ingredients, quantity, magnesium, packaging, benefits, joints, muscles, sleep, minerals, hormones, taste. I took it during a period when I don't tolerate supplements and have no appetite, so I ordered it. Is it beneficial? In my experience, it didn't help me. It's a good product, but the flavors and the gum-like texture lack its benefits. I didn't repurchase it, but the same company has a magnesium chloride dropper product that I benefited from greatly. This one is simply useless. Maybe for children, but I don't think it's suitable for adults.

These magnesium chewables taste really good — the raspberry lemon flavor is refreshing and not too sweet. They’re easy to take and help me feel more relaxed and sleep better. Great quality and value for the size

Excellent chewable magnesium tablets
Verified Purchase
The quality is high, the wafers are medium-sized and easy to chew. The raspberry flavor is pleasant, without the strong magnesium taste. They contain natural ingredients and minimal additives, making them safe and beneficial. I've had deeper, longer sleep, and less fatigue during the day.

I use them for my 6-year-old daughter and I like them quite a lot because they are easy to chew, they don't have an unpleasant taste and because they contain both citrate and glycinate they help with both sleep and digestive health.
