I take this along with my multivitamin because I am deficient in iron. The effects aren't dramatic, but my blood tests do show up as iron.

The quality and ingredients are excellent; I didn't notice any side effects. On the contrary, my hair loss stopped. It tastes like iron, honestly. If it stays in your mouth for a few seconds, you'll taste metallic and smell like iron. When I first ate it, I thought I had a nosebleed, but it was just the smell of iron.

I am still following the treatment and I have very good results. I also take Vitamin C for faster absorption. I think I will buy another box for the future.

I chose it based on several factors: price, excellent taste, product quality, excellent results, the presence of beneficial ingredients, convenient packaging, and a healthy formula.

If you have low iron TAKE THIS
Verified Purchase
I have an iron deficiency and this took my ferritin levels from 21 to 47 in 3 months. Take a pill every other day on an empty stomach and you can feel the benefits from it immediately. I recommend this to everyone who suffers from low ferritin. The size of the pill is tiny and it tastes like nothing. The packaging looks great. It’s worth the price

Great, it does not cause constipation, and the capsule is small and easy to swallow. Take it half an hour or so before eating, and the large quantity is sufficient for two months.

Equal or higher efficacy with fewer gastrointestinal side effects: A recent systematic review in pregnant women found that iron bisglycinate effectively increased hemoglobin, with fewer gastrointestinal side effects compared to conventional iron salts. • A lower dose may be sufficient and better tolerated: A recent trial reported that 25 mg/day of bisglycinate caused fewer gastrointestinal complaints than 40–50 mg/day of fumarate or sulfate, with good preventive efficacy. • Good absorption even with dietary inhibitors: Classic human iron balance studies have shown higher bioavailability of bisglycinate compared to sulfate (sometimes double) in phytate/polyphenol-rich diets.
