I’ve chosen the 30 capsules package supply Not only since its strength is four times higher than the 60 capsules package but because this one doesn’t contains magnesium stearate like the bigger package. However it still contains rice flour, gelatin and Rice flour, gelatin, maltodextrin as safer fillers. For about its benefits is too early to know but the good is that the capsules are tiny and the suggested use is 1 caps a day.

The capsules are small which Is much convenient than unnecessary big capsules . However this product still has rice flour , gelatin and maltodextrin as fillers but I would say that are less harmful than other additives which this brand use in most of their products (including in the 60 caps version of this same brand and supplement)
