The most important potential benefits of PABA: 1) Skin Health Support • May help improve skin elasticity. • It is believed to help reduce sunspots in some cases. • It was once used in sunscreens, but is no longer common due to the potential for allergic reactions. 2) Reducing Premature Graying of Hair • The most widely attributed benefit is helping to slow down or reduce graying in some people, but scientific evidence is limited and inconclusive. • It may support overall hair health when combined with other B vitamins. 3) Gut Health Support • It plays a role in helping beneficial gut bacteria produce folic acid. 4) Antioxidant • Helps fight free radicals that cause premature aging. 5) Improved Physical Performance (Potential) • Some users report improvements in energy and endurance, but there are no strong studies to confirm this.

These supplements are slightly larger than average. I bought them because I thought the ingredients and quality were good. They don't have much of a taste, but I recommend them.

PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) is a component of B vitamins and may play a significant role in combating graying hair. This vitamin promotes increased levels of melanin, which is responsible for hair pigmentation. I'm 44 years old and haven't dyed my hair yet. I'm considering taking this supplement first and then deciding whether to dye my hair or not.

I think that to see a real effect, you need to take it for several years, because you shouldn't expect a miracle from one jar. I bought it for my girlfriend, according to the reviews - nothing is noticeable yet, but she believes in the benefits )

This brand caused me skin allergies, I don't recommend it. I've used Now before and it didn't cause me any allergies.
