My skin glows every morning, considering that I drink this tea every night before bed time. I also get a lot of compliments from colleagues that I looked a lot younger than my actual age. Of course I do take other multivitamins ans herbal supplements, but I believe that drinking white tea helps a lot with my skin and immune system. White tea contains a higher amount of antioxidants than green tea, which gives it a slight edge of superiority when it comes to health benefits. I still drink green tea and chamomile but, white tea will always be the number 1 beauty fave.

I love this tea! Great price, organic and in unvleached natural bags. Just dont over heat water...making tea with proper water temp keeps it from tasting bitter! Never bring to boil! I have a hamilton beach sbeinless electric kettle and turn it off just before first signs of boil even start. Am on my second box of 100!

this tea is very mild and bland. it is not as refreshing as better quality white tea, but it is a good white tea. it is economical. no horrid tannins and nice soothing drink. love the fact that the bags are not bleached. for that i will give 5 stars. worth a try and might continue to buy if it remains economically priced. do not use overly boiled water or the tea doesn't taste as good. white tea does not need the high temperature of black teas. recommended.

I have a cup of Prince of Peace white tea every morning to start my day with caffeine. It has a mild taste, good ingredients and the tea leaves are wrapped in a non-bleached bag. The price is reasonable for 100 bags! My Naturopathic doctor recommends white tea and this is the one for me.

This is the first time I have tried the white tea. I have a sensitivity to caffeine, so I can't drink black tea. I normally drink green tea. This has less caffeine. It has a great flavor. I have had no issues so far. I will be purchasing more in the near future.

White tea is the most healthy among other types of tea. That is way it is expensive. My father in law always get some of it from India whenever he goes there. He said I trust it because I see the plantations myself. I ordered this one for him from iHerb , and he love it . He said it is the same taste and results.

SOO relaxing. I feel so relaxed after drinking this tea, and my family loves it. They actually drink so much of it everyday that I have to order another box now lol. It tastes like green tea but a bit more subtle, like less strong, and the color is actually green rather than white. In terms of benefits my aunt says that her heart rate decreased (she has high blood pressure). Much recommended!

White tea actually has a lot more antioxidants and less caffeine than green tea. So I would rate it as the more healthier alternative. Because it is the baby tea leaves rather than the mature tea leaves from green tea, white tea gives a much more subtle and sweet taste. It is by far one of my favorite teas!
