I have some digestive problems. Nothing big just I digest food slower. Sometimes when I eat too fast, and it makes me accidentally eat more before my brain realizes that is enough. In that case I will have a filled stomach and I don't like that feeling. I will just take three capsules of this. After a while, I don't feel my stomach so filled. It definately works. Also I believe it somehow it helps to control your weight by making you digest faster

Nice fat burning pace. I use this daily. I advise to follow the instructions. Primaforce advises to take 3 soft gels, twice daily! You also need all of these healthy fats for your health. Definitely the best value I could find for CLA in terms of cost/dosage.

Burns fat and builds muscle. CLA is more affordable these days and can compete with fish oil pricewise. It works better than fish oil but has not as many other health benefits.

Take two soft gels (instead of 3) in the morning on the empty stomach before the training, it supposes to reduce abdominal fat. Not sure yet if it works, will tell in one month. Of course, it is useless without training and respecting the diet. As the supplementary addition to both, it should work well.

When I take CLA a period, I don't think it can help me to lose fat faster even I do exercise. Maybe it needs to take CLA a long time to prove that it can lose fat. The pills are big and take three twice a day. It is so inconvenience.
