I've been taking Biotin for years, this is the first time I've purchased this brand. Biotin has definitely helped with my hair, skin and nail health due to menopause. I'll take it until I die! These tablets are nice and small, easy to take.

Easy to take .package nice & easy. My nails are growing more and I’ve noticed less hair breakage. I believe it has been a benefit to me. It doesn’t have a taste that I’ve noticed. Not too big of a pill size.
