great for baking. love that the package is eco friendly. would love if there was a bigger size since palm sugar is less sweet than other sweeteners and have to use a lot in recipes

tastes good ! I often use it for cooking and making something a little sweeter.

I liked it. Used it for cooking, not so much for coffee or tea since I prefer stevia in my hot beverages, taste wise. It works well in shakes and smoothies too, but it takes more time to dissolve so make sure you stir it well. Please like my comment if you found it helpful, thanks a bunch! :)

Coconut sugar is caramel colored with a taste that is similar to that of brown sugar and can be substituted for cane sugar in most recipes. I only need to use 1 teaspoon of this coconut sugar to sweeten a huge mug of herbal tea.
