I made the mistake of buying this same omega but the ones that say "double strength" Seriously, I was literally overthinking all the time! I thought the Omega just wasn't for me. Until I noticed that there were lower doses, these are perfect for me, by the way I am 37 years old

I've been using this for a while now and it's perfect for me it has no flavor and light on the stomach but the pill is big

i (sadly) dont like fish (or the smell of it) the omega-e softgles are a great source of omega-e for those that dont eat fish (vegan, vegetarian, allergy. or taste like me)

It’s Kosher and I guess Muslims could take this vitamin too. But there is not enough omega 3 in a 1 soft gel to take it in a 1 day.

Good product with omega-3 fatty acids and a medium concentration of EPA & DHA. Omega-3 acids support cardiovascular, joint and immune health. This product does not cause fishy burps and leaves no aftertaste. The price is not very high. Recommend!
