I really suggest them to everyone, especially teenagers! I have been taking ProDHA 1000 for many years now and it is a staple in our household. Although I cannot give a direct testimonial about the DHA component (being more alert and controlling my mood) I am convinced of the benefits of taking Omega 3. daily - Anti-inflammatory and reducing the risk of heart disease. Nordic Naturals has a very fine reputation and is known for using the best ingredients. I find the soft gels very easy to swallow.

These are easily swallowed (my 9 year old chews them) and never smell fishy which indicates high quality to me. We take them for a multitude of reasons. Me for joint and skin health, the kids more for concentration and behaviour. But I’ve found our hay fever is less severe when we are consistent with taking them too.

So far so good. I had to change to a different DHA product since the one I usually use is not available. I found this one to be comparable to the one that I was using. I have have used the extra DHA products for many years per my doctor's recommendation. There isn't a bad taste, no fishy taste or smell. The softgels are quite large, but easy to swallow. I would recommend these to anyone and will continue to purchase them in the future.

I've tried many fish oil supplements and this is the one I've settled on because they're not fishy at all. The orange or lemon flavors sometimes give me heartburn, but this strawberry one is great.
