Tumeric is one of the best supplements for joint health. I have tried other brands of Tumeric but these are the best I have found and like that these are gummies and not pills. Tumeric helps with inflammation which is very important in helping to relieve pain. I have arthritis in both knees and since using this product have felt less pain and inflammation than I have had with other supplements. For joint pain and inflammation, I highly recommend this brand of Tumeric gummies. 5+ stars!
I add little chia seed with cornflakes or raw oats and soak with milk. They don't have any special taste but can make you feel full.
Okay, I have no real idea how effective these are in terms of reducing inflammation. You can't really ever tell right? BUT, I will say that these are so delicious I wish I could eat the whole bottle in a go. Peachy and delicious. And zero sugar!
