I used to take a combo melatonin & 5-HTP, but since I started taking just 5-HTP (for about two weeks now) it has really helped me stay asleep the whole night. I still have trouble getting to sleep most nights, but once I do fall asleep I stay asleep. Hooray!

I used to take melatonin to help me to fall asleep. I have another 5htp but with a different formula and this one helped me to fall asleep and to sleep through the nigh! I didn’t feel any difference regarding the mood or cravings but I am using this supplement for a short time, hopefully later there will be other benefits 😊
