Unfortunately, I never received my package from here, so I found/purchased it from another Merchant, however, so far no complaints, my husband is also on the male version of this vitamin, I'm very fond of the ingredients is why I ordered it, my cycles range between 27 and 35 days, I definitely wish there were other written reviews to help influence my decision on trying them, but I weighed out my Pros and my Cons, turns out I have more to gain then I do to lose, so I made the bit, the taste isn't soo bad, the quality is efficient, I have trouble swallowing pinkie fingers sized pills, but this is doable and you must, the capsule opens easily incase you want to mix it into a shake or mocktail, my husband had issues with swelling and digestive issues recently, in that area, it helped out quite a bit, I'll try this for another 2-3 cycles, then if successful or not in conceiving I'll be back with an update, because these are too expensive to just buy and try on a whim/leap of faith, Yet God will allow it to happen when it's supposed to, I just want to do my part by changing what I can, and modifying my diet and lifestyle habits. My period did come 3 days earlier than my last period, 28 day cycle the shortest I've had was 27 twice, and one 29 in one calendar year, I rarely have cramps they're soft/gentle when I do, this time I felt it was a bit stronger and I began my first dosage either the day of Ovulation or a couple of days after, it's been about 4 weeks, now, I'm on day 3 of my period/first cycle. Ovulation awaits, here we are in the period of Pending.
