I'm in my late twenties, but due to stress and consequent muscular spasms my systolic blood pressure is constantly high, the numbers are usually 140/70 and up to 160/85. Started taking this beet root supplement about two weeks ago, and the positive effect is indisputable. My blood pressure has dropped significantly, now in average it's 128/68 (measuring 3-4 times a day). This thing perfectly does it's job as a natural vessel relaxant, definitely recommend it for fighting hypertension!

I'm not gonna make this long winded by referencing every benefit from blood pressure to digestion, but the fact is this does a lot more good than folks give it credit for. If you are looking at beet root for any reason, don't hesitate. One particularly note of interest, if you find you've lost regularity by switching to lower carb diets this stuff can assist in making you regain normalcy without the addition of grandiose amounts of carbs. Absolutely something about it I've found true, not just for me, but rarely spoken about. Very helpful.

I took this to support my energy levels as I'd heard about the benefits of plant based nitrates and I found the capsule form much more convenient than blending fresh beets all the time. I pour the contents into my drink every morning; They taste good and are a convenient way to get a few antioxidants and vitamins. I can't imagine even multiple pills adding up to that many beets but they are convenient and seem to be high quality.

I tried other beet root products and found the veggie cap the best way for me to take it. This product is tasteless. I'm taking it to help control my blood pressure. It's delivered in 500mg increments. I end up taking two in the morning, two at lunch and then I may take two in the afternoon. I find that I have no side effects with this product and feel as if I have more energy from taking it. I have yet to get into the habit of taking it before I work out in the morning. I'm curious how it might help in my workouts. I hope this product works for you as well as its worked for me to this point.

I would prefer to be able to drink beetroot juice but the juice is too expensive, so I take 2 of these per day and I have had a reduction in cholesterol levels. My most recent test showed cholesterol was down by 10% compared to previous test prior to taking the beetroot capsules. This may not have been the only cause of my reduction but I think it has helped.

Based on what I have heard before purchase was that it boost energy levels too. And I can attest to that as my daily 5km walks feel like having an extra energy factor (I am 61 yrs old), although I am only taking 2 capsules a day every morning after breakfast. Since it is my first time to take this supplement, I take the cautious route at the moment hence 2 caps only instead of the recommended 6 per day. So far so good.
