I LOVE these vitamins! They are WAY more potent than the typical centrum multivitamin... they have a lot more vitamins and minerals and they actually come from plant sources, and this vitamin does NOT have any chemicals in it (centrum does). They are big pills, but that doesn't bother me.

Normally I take the Nature's Way Max 3 Daily for Men but they were out of that during my last order and I got this as a temporary replacement. I have always thought that Nature's Way is a very good brand and these multivitamins are very much the same quality as I have come to expect. I only take two per day to keep my nutrient levels from being maxed out, but in looking I did see a few Nature's Way products that are being made using synthetic vitamins which is something I try to avoid whenever possible. Including a multi vitamin with food based nutrient blends added in always helps keep me feeling my best and seems to help prevent illness as well. Synthetic ingredients are problematic because they are often sourced from toxic ingredients which can be carcinogenic. Just an FYI.

Love it! I don’t usually take the full daily dose day to day. Was not feeling well one day, took the full dose (along with lots of water and lots of sleep). The next day was feeling a whole lot better, the following day was back to full health. I did continue to take full dose for a week. Only content I’m not happy with is the magnesium oxide. But I use separate magnesium chloride.

this is a multivit tablet with food based blends like fruits, veggies and greens. my family has been taking it for years and we love it.

We have been using this multivitamin for several years now. since then we don't get sick very easily. it really improved our immune system.

Best multivitamin on the market in my opinion and this is why: I have tried many multivitamins out there and I am convinced Natures Way has nailed it in terms of providing the highest quality product for the common blue collar worker like me via Alive Max3 Daily. I urge you to do your homework as I did prior to trying this vitamin supplement. I've been taking said product for almost 30 days now and I have not felt so invigorated and full of energy in a long time. Noticed and incredible difference right from the start. I have been taking one tablet with each meal and I feel fantastic both physically and mentally. I have also been able to recall information a lot better as I feel it has added a significant amount of clarity in regards to recalling/remembering and processing information. Even my family and co-workers have noticed a significant different in my pace and enthusiasm. As I said before, do your homework. The tablets are fairly large but I have no problem swallowing them. 

The vitamin is quite complete, but one thing that I didn't notice carefully is that it has 100 percent of daily iron, so it's probably not ok for men to take. The taste isn't bad at all--a little bit citrusy, but the pills are very big and so not the easiest to swallow. Still, I think it's a good product--everything you need, drawn from food sources.
