Easy to take and works great, but be mindful of the high mg of zinc. I developed h. Pylori due to taking this EVERY DAY for a year and a half. Im not vary knowledgeable on recommended mg dosage so I’m saying it here for others who are like me and dont know mg limits. I now take it once a week and doing better.

Beware of high Zinc intake. It’s suggested to only take 40 mg of Zinc daily but this product contains 50 mg. Since there are many different types of Zinc and they are distributed differently in each pill and throughout the body, research is required to determine if it’s too much or not. From what I can tell, this product is fairly safe for me but please do your own research and consider your daily Zinc intake.
