This one fitted the bill and I have, thankfully, found it to be effective in reducing the severity and frequency of perimenopausal hot flashes that were so severe and disruptive they were driving me insane! I still get them, but they are so much more manageable. I am very grateful for this product and hope that iHerb does not discontinue the supply of this like it has with several other products I have ordered.
This made a real difference for me - I never experienced migraines until I turned 40 and it was suggested to me that this might be useful through perimenopause. Wow! I have been using this for a while, but don't always get the same product reordering as they are sold out. I try to go for organic with little additives. This pumps well, and provides a good 20mg which my body seems to be doing well with in the morning, and 2 pumps at night before I go to bed.
Easy to apply. No residue. No scent, which is great. Applicator gives the exact dose per pump so no need to wonder. Does it work though? Has it kickstarted my metabolism that seems to have gone into hibernation after my last birthday? No idea yet. But you know what, I'm going to be positive on this one and hope for the best. Hence the four stars.
I have tried other brands of natural progesterone cream. This one is superior. It is absorbed well and quickly. I love the metered pump. I actually feel that it works better than the others as well.

I started using this on the recommendation of Dr. Lee's website when they sadly discontinued the production of Dr. Lee's brand of micronized progesterone cream. That cream saved my life! I was having severe PMS symptoms and nothing helped until I read Dr. Lee's book "What your Doctor Doesn't Tell you about Perimenopause. So, since Dr. Lee stopped making their progesterone cream they have addition product recommendatios on their website and this was one of them. I was so sad and nervous to change because I knew his product was working. I have used the Metobolic Maintenance Progesterone cream for about 4 months now. I did notice a slight change in my symptons returning after starting this but they have since evened out. It is scary to keep trying different brands because you don't want to be without the Progesterone levels that you worked up to with a product that works. I miss the micronized version but this seems to be adequate and I will keep using it for now. I slightly upped the dose of this one to see if i wasn't absorbing as much since the Dr. Lee's brand was micronized. (smaller molecule to be better absorbed) Anyway, I will see if that brings me back to the level that I had before. Needless to say, but if you are having hormone issues, I would recommend reading up on Progesterone. It did change my life for the better and it's natural and not dangerous like synthetic hormones.
The cream is good. I am using it to ease my chest pain from mastopathy. I apply it daily two times by the doctor's prescription. The pumping mechanism works perfect. The dosage is good too and I think one bottle is enough for two-three months. It does help to release my chest pain but it doesn't remove it completely, it still disturbing me once in a while. The ingredients are very natural and it was super important to me. As applying to chest I wanted to be sure there's no cancer risk in the future. There is a warning on a package that progesterone cause cancer according to CA researchers, that is why it is necessary to consult doctor and be sure the progesterone is natural. This cream is good because it does natural. There's no weird odor, when applying, the texture is a bit sticky, might need to wait for around five minutes to cream to absorb.
