The package says there are four servings, but that is not a lot. I would split the package into two servings for a more filling meal. Make sure to test the noodles when boiling to make sure they are cooked all the way through and tender, and not hard in the middle. The noodles and cooking water gets starchy so make sure to rinse the noodles to not have them be clumpy. The noodles have a nice nutty taste and chewy texture. I like to serve the noodles cold with soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, edamame, cucumber, and seaweed. I will try the noodles in a warm soup or stir-fry next.

These noodles surprised me, they are so delicious. Buckwheat can be an overpowering flavor, but these are mixed with brown rice flour. I just purchased 3 more packets, I love how few ingredients there are! They are chewy as well.
