It's been 2 months that I am using this product, never felt as balanced as now. It's not a magical potion, it's not something that you take and become happy and energetic right away. It's rather a substance that works through time, to help you stay in the middle of everything, feel balanced. Nothing compares to this long-term effect. In difficult moments and stress, you feel less tense than before, and you can't really explain it. You just feel able to pull yourself from a bad moment a lot easier than without Sunny Mood. I would advise everybody suffering from recurring stress and sad moments, or even normal people in challenging times, to take this supplement.

I had taken a similar preparation a few years ago when my mother was in hospice. I am now facing another very stressful life event and , not being able to find the previous brand , found these with the same ingredients and ordered online. They work beautifully. I do not take any other medications or substances for anxiety or depression , and within 2 days I stopped having the daily crying spells and constant worry that had been going on for several weeks prior. My husband even says he can tell a difference. I feel more level and able to cope with issues at hand. I am not typically a fan of natural supplements , so when I say they work for me- I mean it!

Very good composition. But ... need to take a higher dosage than recommended by the manufacturer.
