well i followed the whole 10days course of this. it make you thirsty and drink alot of water, which is a good thing. the softgels smell quite pungent and fishy, so it took sometime for me to get used to it. Strictly go through a whole 10days course of this is not an easy task so keep that in mind. beside they don't recommend for taking this more than 10 days, so i guess this supplement is quite strong.

Good packaging, quality, ingredients but the pills are veri big to swallow. It's says 3 times a day for only 10 days. Don't use for more than 10 days, it's a extreme cleaning for the liver.
