I only took two tea bags, so I have nothing to say about the effects. However, I love the packaging! You can check what day you are on easily, and the teas smell amazing! The mint tea bag smelled the strongest :) +) 2 week review: I would say it gave me a habit of drinking water more regulary, but that's about it. The senna in the night tea isn't strong, and I would recommend taking fibers if you were looking for that effect. Overall, I did lose 1kg during 2 weeks, but I don't think it had anything to do with this tea, just my overall daily diet. ☆pls like if this review helped! XD☆

I've ordered this tea set at least 3 times now. I love the variety of teas in there, and they all taste great. I brew the evening teas at midday and let it steep in the fridge for a few hours. I like those ones chilled after dinner. The green tea mint and the moringa mango are hands down my favourite in this set.

My two weeks of cleansing is done and the result is amazing..I loose 2kg in two weeks combine with healthy diet and bit of exercise. Highly recommendable.

A good selection of detoxifying teas. The night teas taste a little of senna and my word they will clean you out. I can’t drink them every night, the effect though painless is a little too effective. If you don’t drink enough water you’ll get a few stomach tinges and cramps during the early morning. It’s better to plan to be at home the morning and afternoon.
