I have been taking this a little over a month for acne and have seen a huge difference on my skin. I used to feel bloated and now I rarely feel like that. I take it on empty stomach first thing in the morning with vitamin C. Great quality and so good for your gut health!!! This is also gluten free if you are trying to avoid gluten. I am definitely going to keep taking this!
I have been advised to look for probiotic that must contain at least a minimum of 30 mill CFU. So this formula is a good deal. The first time after I was presribed probiotic by my GP I felt a great relief coz otherwise I would often suffer from vaginal ph imbalance. Now the problem has gone since I take it regularly. I might go without it for a break for a month or two and back to it again. You may try and experience it to suit your own needs. Ok ? Thanks
This is the first time I am writing a positive review in fact in my life. I have purchased this second time but I am only writing now to ensure that it is really what it is. THIS IS PERFECT FOR MY BV AND YEAST INFECTION. I have never gotten rid of the smell with a probiotic without the help of antibiotics. But with this, I can just rely on this ALONE. The monthly itching when nearer to period is GONE. The BV smells is 99% GONE. I am thankful and grateful that this product exists and also to the manufacturer. I believe in a product FINALLY. Worth every penny!
I use to get painful UTIs at least 3-5x a year. I’ve been taking this pill every morning on a empty stomach for the past 5 months and I haven’t gotten a single UTI. I’m not sure if it gave me any benefit but not having a UTI is more than enough for me to give it 5 stars!
I've been taking this for about a year now. It's the best broad spectrum probiotic I can find at a reasonable dosage. There are far more strains in this than I've found in any other products at this price and it has several strains of bifidobacteria in there as well as lactobacillus. I take two a day so it's a little pricey, but it's so worth it. My digestion is much better with this probiotic, less tendency to constipation.
I started using the Garden of Life Women’s Probiotic a couple weeks ago. I have come through a rather devastating illness and knew I needed to restart a probiotic. After reading reviews I chose this one! I don’t know if it is responsible for this or not but since starting this product, my hair is changing! I have significantly more brown hair than I did and much less gray! My husband noticed…I thought I was imagining it! I know one thing…I’m going to keep using it! 😊
I love with this brand and these probiotics ! ❤️ I feel amazing, been taking probiotics from this brand for over 2 years now, and I’m not looking back. The ingredients are top quality and by feeling good, you know they work for you. I mix and match from their different probiotics, but I’m always taking one of them. To be continued forever. My favourites are the mood, colon, and the women’s one. The capsules are also fun and easy to identify from the colours, and the right size.
Once Daily Women's Probiotics is an excellent product. I use it regularly, though I alternate with other probiotics since it's not advantageous to keep taking the same product over and over again once you've populated your gut with the microorganisms listed in the package. The total number of probiotic cultures is excellent (50 billion CFU) and it contains a varied blend of both Lactobacillus and Bifido cultures and esp. L. reuteri, in partricular, for immune support. Besides all this, Dr. Perlmutter is a to-be-trusted doctor.
Great quality! I prefer probiotics in capsule form since there is no taste and no sugar added. I purchased this one for the high CFU count to support my gut health, urinary and digestive tract.I think the absorption is good, especially since I feel regular again. Love the packaging and that it’s made specifically to support a woman’s micro biome!
I bought this when I was somewhat desperate because I thought I had some kind of infection. What I noticed right away after taking one pill was that my sinuses cleared up a bit. After two weeks of taking this, my symptoms from what I thought was an infection cleared up--whew! Now I take this on as-needed basis when I have indigestion or I need some immunity boost. I feel my general health has improved thanks to this.
