This is the very best nigella sativa black cumin seed oil out there. I wish the price were better. One benefit I’m finding is I have consistently extra energy. I take one in the morning with coffee/honey and one at bedtime. Nigella Sativa is supposed to be synergistic with honey, per King Tut!
