A month in, I'm feeling some improvement but of course, it is too early to tell. My cognition has been a bit better as well. Benefits from one month? We'll see! Ingrediants are spot on. Good price and not too big of pills. Please be careful if you have iron defeciancy as this can hinder the absorbtion of iron
