this was not the best quality an omega fish oil, but tasted bad sometimes, get a sense it's still too polluted as molecular distillation is not up-to-date enough a technology to filter out all the poisons. It did benefit me as I wanted DHA for inflammation. But now I want more balance between DHA-EPA so I'm going for another brand.
Good quality supplement from a reputable manufacturer. I especially like guidelines for general use, cognitive support and cardiovascular. Since in our family we have some special conditions, we all stay at the level we need. Recommended!
These omega-3 capsules use oil from squid rather than small fish so the DHA content is higher and the risk of contamination by heavy metals is low.
I take about 3g of omega 3 each day, and I try to mix at least 1g of different types, like Calamari , to help mimic actual sea based diet
