Celestial Teas have many great varieties, and this blend is one of the caffeine-free brews for before the bed time. I am not a big fan of their packaging though, I would rather have individual teabags wrapped separately. But that is a secondary concern.

its very good quality tea. i used this for sleeping but it did not help much. Sleepytime extra does work though, so im sticking to that one. taste was nice but i prefer the peach one.
