I use biotin for this company and it is very good because it stimulates cell growth and increases the presence of amino acids. It also enhances blood flow to the scalp and from there to the hair follicles to renew blood circulation, including strengthening hair, and also helps blood flow to the skin tissues to provide them with the required freshness and vitality.

I have been taking it for about 3 weeks and I can see that my hair fall has reduced. Apart from biotin I am also taking Omega-3. Also I feel that my facial complexion has improved. Usually after taking shower, I used to feel dryness on my face. I don't feel it anymore (though I am not using any cream).
