I was nervous because Kashi bars can be really good or tolerable. Wish I would have bought more boxes now they are sold out! its got a nice coconut ans nut butter combo. its not like those hard chewy bars buy very soft. It didn't have too much sugar where it hurts your teeth. I will buy again! Sadly I can't give my son since it says it might have peanuts or other nuts in it.
