I know this is a men's supplement but someone recommended to me for my hair. When I washed my hair a handful would always fall out and I had to clean my brush every couple of days. Now two months in I only clean my brush every few weeks and only a couple of strands fall out when I wash.

I have the Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia problem for many years and my friend told me that Saw Palmetto is one of the supplement which is good for the prostate gland. I try this 200 pcs pack which is more economical. Hope to ease my prostate problem after taking this for a month or two!
Nothing like Saw Palmetto to help with hair problems.. I know it's usualy mentioned for men but as a woman I saw results too. It's important to be patient with hair products.. need about 6 months to see results so be persistent. It did help me at the time for sure.
I started taking this conjunction with a biotin supplement and Hyaluronic acid/collagen supplement to improve my skin and to counteract the post operative hair loss. Im taking this to lower my testosterone levels. i heard that it could help reduce acne so i take it about once a day and have seen a difference. i will continue taking since im scared if i stop my acne might come back! i take it in the morning on an empty stomach
i have a bit higher testosterone than needed and having hairloss. i bought this to reverse my hairloss as saw palmetto lowers testo. will try this for my hair and see what happens. i love this brand for the price. super affordable. i would prefer the package to be glass rather than plastic because plastic is an endocrine disruptor.
