Suggested use

Apply 1 plaster per day.

Select an area of skin. The plaster will stick better if you choose an area of skin without hair, lotion, or oil residue. Clean & dry the skin.
Remove the release liner from the plaster.
Adhere the plaster to your skin, pressing firmly.
Wear the plaster for up to 8 hours to avoid adverse skin reaction.
When finished, remove the plaster, fold in half, and discard.
Repeat with a new plaster the next day.
