For Cold Use: Place Gel Pack in freezer or refrigerator until desired temperature is reached. Apply directly to targeted spot. Wrap Gel Pack with handkerchief if too cold. Perfect relief for bruises, swelling, minor cuts and burns, insect bites, fever and after-sun care.
For Warm Use (in hot water): Place Gel Pack in hot water until desired temperature is reached. Apply directly to targeted spot. Soothing relief for muscle aches and stiffness, cold bites and other growing pains.
For Warm Use (in Microwave): Wrap the Gel Pack with a very damp towel and place in the microwave, set power BELOW 800 WATTS, and heat for 15 SECONDS. Since microwaves vary, add additional 5 SECOND intervals to achieve desired temperature. Before reheating, check all parts of the pack to make sure part of the Gel Pack is not too hot. Knead the Gel Pack to make sure heat is evenly distributed. Then rotate 180º and reheat in the microwave. Never overheat!
To Clean: Wash in warm soapy water after use.
