It is too early to tell but, I haave two teen girls and they like that the capsules are easy to swallow but, it has a bad smell.

They obtain the minerals needed for our daily health. My teenage takes them daily! I usually get them from Better Health but they’re always out of stock.

My daughter is now taking these after I switched her from the Michael's for Teen Girls. I like these much better. No problems with breakouts or anything. I would recommend these.

The size is a bit big but these have been ok for my daughter, she takes only 1 tablet every other day which seems like enough to give her a noticeable boost/improvement in energy and health

I liked the ingredients and the features of this teen multivitamin. My daughter didn't really care for the smell and taste when she put it in her mouth but I do think the product itself does provide a good balance of vitamins and minerals in it.

It smells and tastes pretty bad, but I think they are worth it based on the vitamins and minerals provided.

Good tablets, vegan capsules. Quite big for teenagers to swallow but a lot of tablets or vitamins are.

My daughter has been taking this since her high school and it helps her in her concentration and deal with her school tight curriculum.
