I have been suffering from depression and anxiety for several years, and its getting worse. An excellent product to help the adrenal glands perform their regular functioning. I recommend two capsules with a fruit juice or extract. Obviously the adrenal glands are organs that regulate a lot of functions in our body. If they are tired I recommend this product but also to understand the root cause of your problem. I struggle with adrenal fatigue. Hoping this helps. I have noticed that I am sleeping better. I have enough energy to make it through the days, but crash at night. The size of these are perfect. Smaller than most capsules. I like that.. I hope after using these for awhile, I start feeling even better.
