Began buying this many years ago on ENT recommendation as my husband and I were trying to find nutritional approaches to managing his severe Meniere's disease/drop attacks. Knowing that repairing glutathione/methylation issues were key to my beating a severe chemical injury long prior to that, I tried one of the tablets myself...and later that evening was amazed by the downturn in my tinnitus. Very easy to use--dissolves quickly under the tongue for rapid absorption. Don't know what role this product played, but we got the Meniere's under control, faster, according to the ENT, than he'd ever seen, and are thankful we had access to the knowledge and understanding of natural healing that guided us in that direction.
i have thalassemia and used to take folic acid to improve with the anemic condition. but i was told this would help better hence the change. so far, it does help with those on and off lightheaded sensation when getting up too quickly from a squat
Potency under the tongue helps absorption. Glad to know it's going straight in my symptom quicker. Hair growth improved taking this after losing so much after pregnancy.
I’m taking a few b vitamins in conjunction with this methyl folate, but it seems to be helping with headaches and sleep. The intensity of headaches are down and I’m sleeping much better.

I like these because sublingual, tiny, and the additives are not toxic or allergenic. I wish they had it in lower doses too.
