Quality, serving size and package is ok i like that the ingredients of this tea are all natural, blend and taste are ok taste like normal tea with the hint of flavor i use this frequently every night after meals, caffeine doesnt affect my sleep at all.. best benefits fron this tea is that you flush all that you ate in the morning only once

I feel my tummy is flatter compared to before drinking the tea. However, I always wake up in the middle of the night. Can consider taking after a super meal, not necessary to consume everyday.
