There are benefits of this very fine powder, so perfect for cooking, baking and serving fruits. Used to buy it in package as a syrup before, but this package (counting the size of it, as well) provides better value for money, when used in various recipes. I trust the quality and like the clear taste and no odors.

Great substitute for sugar. Used this to make apple pie along with raw agave. Has lower glucose index. Not bleached. Very natural, no after taste.
