I've been giving this supplement to my husband for a few weeks now. I ran out of my probiotic and have taken it a couple of times as well. I do like this, as it has a lot more of the probiotics than many of the other brands, and it includes digestive enzymes. I find that with all probiotic supplements they seem to work better when they are taken with a meal and not a whole pile of other supplements. Water (throughout the day-staying hydrated) and fiber also help with their ability to get where they need to go to work properly.

it's a very good product, need to take it before the meal drink it with a little warm water, u will see the difference after 2 weeks if you can take with it vitamin D , it's important to help your body ti absorb it on the right way if are above 30 years, its a must to take it daily for 2 months, then take a rest for 2 months and repeat the circle
