This is a product that works! I was having floating messes and not one solid poop for over a year (along with intestinal bloating and deadly gas). After a month of Digest Gold enzymes (experimenting with dosage) my gut is again workinng and I have poops to be proud of. They are normal in composition! This product really is the best enzyme product I know, from my experience. It helps especially with proteins. I use this without the capsule, mixing the powder with food. Quality is excellent, always knowing what you get, and no side effects. There's also AT Pro. I haven't yet decided which one is better for me, but they are very similar.
