I did a lot of research into non-dairy protein powders, and I decided that a Fermented protein was essential for me as the fermenting acts to pre-digest the food making easier for us to complete the digestion and maximise the nutrition whilst being gentle on our guts. I was really surprised at how pleasant the taste of this powder is. It is on the sweet side, but don't worry about sugars as the sweetners are stevia and lakanto! This formula dissolves easily in a shaker for an instant snack, or combines well with your favourite green smoothie ingredients. Best of all, it really does keep you full for a few hours. I've just ordered some more - this has become my go to protein powder!

Many of the ingredients are organic. It is a great alternative to milk in coffee when I am fosting. It's very filling, yet not fattening, so great for anybody who wants to lose weight. I found this item, when I was looking to find something to help me with digestion of proteins. I am not sure however how much this powder helps with digestion. It has great vanilla smell, and the taste is ok. Price is reasonable.

No Bloat as Promised!

This fermented protein powder is one of the better protein powders going around. It has quite a strong vanilla aroma, which is enticing....I wish it had a stronger vanilla flavour though. The best part about this formula is that it doesn't cause any bloating! I get sick (literally) from trying different vegan protein powders, so to find this formulation is a bonus. Will try the chocolate one next.

Good Product... but TOO Sweet (Monk Fruit)

I like to use this in my Protein/Nutrient shake with NOW Sunflower Lecithin powder, Perfect Food (Original) and pure Organic Cocoa powder. Taste great with LOTS of nutrients (and plant protein). My only prob is that it uses Monk Fruit (lo han guo) which is WAAAY to sweet. Everything I have read about Monk Fruit says it's somewhere between 100 and 200 times Sweeter than Sugar! Overdone. Too Sweet!! Stevia only would make it better, much better!!
