Discussion: KAL® Ultra D-3 250 mcg (10,000 IU) is a high potency softgel in a base of safflower and sunflower oils, and its small size makes it easy to swallow. Vitamin D is essential for the proper formation of the skeleton and for mineral homeostasis, and also provides nutritive support for a normal, healthy immune system.
Take 1 softgel daily with a meal or glass of water. Use only as directed.
Safflower oil (from non-GMO safflower), gelatin, vegetable glycerin and sunflower oil (from non-GMO sunflower).
