What Is Shirataki Pasta?

Known for its health benefits for 2000 years in China and Japan, Shirataki is made from the root of a plant called the Konnyaku Imo.

Shirataki is made only from the soluble fiber of the plant, as such it only contains a healthy soluble fiber known as Glucomannan. Since it is only made of soluble fiber, it is remarkably low in calories.

Miracle Noodles absorbs the flavors of any sauce or dish you prepare.

Miracle Noodle is a small family business dedicated to providing the highest quality non-soy traditional Shirataki on the market.

Suggested Use

Cooking Instructions: Drain water out of the package and rinse the noodles in a colander for 30 sec. Add the noodles to lightly salted water and boil for 2 - 4 minutes.

Use Miracle Noodles as a pasta substitute in any dish dramatically reducing calories. Finally, you can have your pasta and eat it too! They are the ultimate guilt free noodle. Now you know why we call them Miracle Noodles!

Keep refrigerated after opening. Do not freeze.

Other Ingredients

Purified water, Konnyaku flour and calcium hydroxide.

Manufactured in a facility that also processes soy products.

These noodles were made from plants that were not genetically engineered.

Would not repurchase

Great for those who are on low carb/calorie diets who want something starch-like. No digestive issues from it. It's relatively filling. It doesn't have the flavor or texture of any pasta or grain. There's a chewy crunch to it that I can only describe as eating thin zip-ties. Even when you pile on sauce and can still taste the unnatural texture.

Good alternative to Carbo

I cooked this like any normal pasta and it tasted good! It does have a 'strange' smell but following the instructions to soak it in water and boil it helped. Once you cooked it with herbs or vegetables and garlic in my case, it tastes great and the 'weird' smell is negligible.

Miracle Noodle, Angel Hair, Shirataki Pasta

Would not recommend this product whatsoever. These are basically pieces if elastic when cooked. In addition, the portion is equivalent for a small child at best.
