Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.

Intake Instructions: (Shake Well)
Children & Sensitive Individuals: 1 drop in 4-6 oz of filtered water or juice once (1x) a day in the morning. Increase intake by 1 drop every three day as tolerated, optimal intake is 52-78 drops twice (2x) a day.
Adults: 13 drops in 6-8 oz of filtered water or juice twice (2x) a day. Increase intake by 2-3 drops per day until optimal intake is reached.
Optimal intake by weight: Under 40 lbs. -15 drops twice (2x) a day; 41-75 lbs. -52 drops twice (2x) a day; 75-150 lbs - 78 drops, twice (2x) a day; 150 lbs or more 104 drops, twice (2x) a day.
